Maxx was able to fix my water heater quick and with great communication. Id gone through two other plumbers that left me hanging for weeks without hot water. Pike got it done in a reasonable amount of time and were very direct in terms of process and price.
This is the second time I've used Pike Plumbing, and once again they did great! My plumber this time was Maxx. He explained everything clearly and with kindness, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. When he came back to install the angle stop and toilet he used care and kept a clean work area. He worked quickly and quietly, and my cat really liked him- so he's got good vibes.
