Be careful when buying a gift card at this Pike Nurseries. Twice I have been given gift cards by family members and twice the gift cards did not work and showed zero balance. Apparently the receipt that shows purchase is not enough proof and you need the “second receipt” that is generated when the money is loaded onto the card. Of course when I spoke to managers they assure me that this never happens. One manager even suggested that maybe my family member was purposefully giving me an unloaded card. I shop here pretty often but somehow the cashiers are so extremely unfriendly . I always feel unwelcome and it’s almost a hostile environment. I guess I need to shop at a different location . I have multiple times juggled with heavy pots and no one offers help to load it in my car . Once I requested help just to be told there’s no one available even though there were a few people around .

What a great experience! The knowledge and customer service from the staff is priceless. We showed John an Ai rendering of our landscaping plan and he walked us through all of our options and helped us recreate the picture perfectly! He is so helpful! Can’t wait for our next project!
