I'm so grateful for John's help picking the best possible memorial tree for my dog. He was incredibly patient and kind. Taking the time to understand the location and conditions to ensure I found something that will do well in the spot. Then sharing instructions to help it settle in properly. Noah was also helpful, loading the truck and ensuring the tree would make it safely home. I truly appreciate John and Noah going above and beyond to comfort a stranger on a sad day.
Everytime I go in there the cashiers are always rude to me. I've spent so much money there and now I'm asking myself why.
I will never shop for plants anywhere else! The customer service is phenomenal -- all the associates here are so friendly and knowledgeable! The quality of the plants are wonderful too!
