Amazing customer service. Fergus at the Woodstock store went above and beyond at closing time to help me find the perennial white salvia I wanted. I have always experienced incredible customer service at this store over the past 10 years. It is nice to see that the employees at Pike have a deep understanding of gardening in Georgia and a passion for sharing that knowledge and insight to help their customers.
I can’t say enough good things about Pike Nursery in Woodstock. About a month ago, I badly burned my finger with hot oil and drove there with my hand in a cup of ice because I knew aloe vera was the best thing to help. As soon as I asked for an aloe vera plant, a kind employee immediately helped me, found 2 beautiful plants, and even carried them to my car. I had a wonderful experience at Pike Nurseries. I’m just starting my first garden, and Mr. Fergus, along with the lovely lady assisting there, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
