I sent 3 emails to this store earlier this spring inquiring about availability of plants I was wanting. The first and second emails were not answered. I forwarded both emails and finally got a reply. I sent a third email over a month ago and have never gotten a reply. This store is never busy during the week. I find it implausible that the GM at this store does not have the time to reply to customer emails. I went to this store to buy hundreds of dollars in plants. I visited this Pike Nursery today and the staff was very helpful in finding flowers for hummingbirds and butterflies for me!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, they always are able to answer my gardening questions and if they don't know they will find another associate that will. Great selection of plants grown specific to our area. I never leave empty-handed. :)
This was my first time visiting Pike and I can confidently say this is my new place to go to for my landscaping needs. Stephanie and her staff were very inviting and gave excellent service! They treated me very well, helped me with all questions I had, and got me all set up with everything that I needed! If you’re looking for quality plants, supplies, etc. Then you should look nowhere else!!
