I was pleasantly surprised with the length of time Beverly spent with me trying to get exactly what I wanted for this area under my kitchen window. She listened and then accommodated me by moving plants into an arrangement so I could visualize it. She had all the right responses for my questions and even helped me get everything into my car so that it didn’t create a big mess. This girl deserves a raise for her excellent customer service today!!
I really enjoyed their rose essentials workshop and just navigating the plant nursery. The staff was polite and helpful especially Ryan, Fernanda, and Malley. It seems like a lovely place to visit for classes and shopping.
My boyfriend and I come here every couple weeks. We love the selection, especially the collectors corner. As a plant seller, Im very impressed with the changing inventory and employees' knowledge. We've had several of them be more than willing to help, and they always have smiles on their faces. Especially appreciate the 2 women who work here.
We just love Pike and they're always super helpful and friendly and have way more than a lot of other nurseries we go to.
I do not like the staff here. They were not helpful. I will not be back again next year for my tree. I give them a zero there was no one to ask questions either. You could not find anybody
