This overpriced nursery is oh so happy to take your money, but when there's an issue, there's always a reason they won't help, exchange, or refund. I've had both indoor and outdoor plants and shrubs from them. On 3 separate occasions I had reason to return or exchange something, twice with a receipt, once without. Without a receipt is no issue because they log every purchase when you're a member, which I am. Today, she looked me up, found my purchase and denied my return because "it's a perennial and there are no guarantees"... read more
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Pike Nurseries. I purchased a Dianthus plant that was not cheap, and it failed despite following care instructions. When I called the store, I was told that perennials like Dianthus are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee, something that wasn’t clearly explained at the time of purchase.
