This place is a plant lovers dream! The employees actually know what they are talking about and aren't just salespeople. All of the plants look healthy and there are a variety of options.
The nursery has lots of great plants and other items. The reason for two stars was how we were treated.... We were asking about pricing and if there would be any discounts on delivery and install for neighbors. The person helping us, will not name them here, made it very clear that we were in North America and how here everyone has dental insurance and therefore not interested in bargaining. I have heard of racial profiling and probably have faced it before but this was clearly that.....
I recently had the best experience I’ve ever had at Pikes. Ray made the difference. Ray was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He is an asset to Pikes!
