Love their selection of plants. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Convenient to Morningside area and easy parking.
We have our annual trek here for spring planting without fail! Some of my more unusual plantings have been from here! Their associates are so knowledgable about the plant materials that it's crazy!! I swear they all have a horticulture degree!!
Go to Home Depot instead. There is one across the street. This Pikes location humiliated me in front of my clients. I was about to spend 10,000.00 and they close the doors in my face. Then while I am with my client working on the details of their event and botanical arrangements my car is toed. Don't be a victim of this stores poor customer service. Seriously just save yourself the heartache and go to Home Depot less than a mile away.
Customer service was horrible. We asked a representative on the floor for help. He responded, "I'm busy right now." When he was finished with what he was doing, he never returned to us to ask us if we still needed help. Then, we walked up to two other floor workers who were talking, they never looked at us to ask us if we needed help. We were at the store for about 20 min. waiting, and searching for some help, and never found what we were looking for. We will NEVER return to that store again!
