I literally just got told off by a receptionist. So rude literally made me cry over paperwork. Do not go here if u have serious medical issues. These people are not compassionate at all! They talk down to u and cruel to you.
Receptionist Kelly needs a course on how to fake a tone while speaking to people on the phone. Sounded so rude while speaking to me and annoyed that I did not understand what she was explaining to me. Overall Everyone else I interact with there is very kind and nice.
I had to find a doctor up here and picked them . They where very polite and answered all my questions and concerns.And now have my new doctor.
"Highly unprofessional facility with rude staff. My wife has been in pain for over a month waiting for an appointment. She called yesterday to confirm the appointment and was told it was at 2:30. After driving Over 60 miles to reach the Doctors Office because we have since moved, but she felt a loyalty to deal with them. She was refused service because she was five minutes late by her understanding. I began during 2024 at Pike Family Health Center. And from day one, the care and respect received, has been attentive and extremely caring! I truly feel comfortable and relaxed while in their care and the staff is as caring as the medical team. Thank you Pike Family Health!
