They wait till last minute and cancel your appointment and then you have to wait another couple months to get in. And this isn't the first or second time I had this done to me. They should cancel another appointment and get you in .But they don't. Unacceptable
I usually see Dr. Mendez, but this was an emergency. I made an appointment the same day with Pam, she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Pam.
