Dr. Mendez and her staff in this office are wonderful..I never have a problem with scheduling or any wait time..they are very professional and listen to my concerns..I would highly recommend!

I literally just got told off by a receptionist. So rude literally made me cry over paperwork. Do not go here if u have serious medical issues. These people are not compassionate at all! They talk down to u and cruel to you.
Receptionist Kelly needs a course on how to fake a tone while speaking to people on the phone. Sounded so rude while speaking to me and annoyed that I did not understand what she was explaining to me. Overall Everyone else I interact with there is very kind and nice.
I had to find a doctor up here and picked them . They where very polite and answered all my questions and concerns.And now have my new doctor.
