The company leaves equipment on residents yards for weeks and this equipment kills the grass, they tell you that they come back in three days but takes weeks to complete their job!!! Another issue, you try calling the number but they never answer, poor customer service!!
Terrible. Took 20 minutes of looping through the phone prompts hitting 0 because nobody answers the phones. Finally got someone, and they had to take a message guaranteeing someone will call back. Surprise surprise, never heard a thing. Their guys tore up my lawn and new sod OUTSIDE of the easement, and didn't even try to put it back from where they ripped it up from.

Partially Shuts down a road with insufficient barricades then works in conjunction with the Killeen police to entrap residents with citations for passing the barricades, rather than having a man at the barricades to redirect traffic.
