Wish it gave the option for zero stars. Left a complete disaster when replacing a broken pole. Even leaving the broken pole too! Christine Carroll (claims director) insisted with attitude and interruptions that pike isn’t responsible for what’s left behind. And they aren’t to blame for the state that the pole was left in. Pike destroyed the buried internet line when putting in the new pole, instead of reaching out to the homeowner or the service provider they buried the broken section and left.
