We purchased our home from Pike Development, and the build quality was awesome. When Paul says he builds these houses as if he will live in them himself, he is serious. He does not skimp on construction materials. He does not skimp on features. He does not skimp on build quality. Everything was thoughtful through out: Routing the A/C piping as long as possible to reduce noise level. Our experience with Pike Developments has been fantastic.
