No one answer the phone. No response via email. I was asked to submit an application and paid the fees but no one get back to me o reply to my emails. Worst customer service.
Huge fan of the restoration of the upper-floors and residence areas. The building maintains its rich, historical character while applying modern, comfortable amenities to the floor plans!
Maintenance is fantastic. I text Christina. Marvin is at my unit within hours. The amenities (gym/rooftop deck) are never crowded. The entire facility is tidy. Love it! Renewing my lease in August. I LOVE DOWNTOWN LIVING!
