Our coach wouldn't start after refueling nearby. We called them and a technician arrived within minutes. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and we were back on the road quickly. There was no charge, just honest free service with a warm smile. They've got our confidence.
While on a cross country trip the motor for our automatic steps quit on our Winnebago View. With no appointment they quickly diagnosed the problem. Found the right motor in stock and ordered it. We got to spend a few days nearby at Riding Mountain National Park. They gave us up to the minute tracking information on the motor and we were there when it arrived just a few days later. Major praise goes out to the service department. I was halfway across the country and noticed my trailer hitch required an adjustment. They took me in right away and had me back on my way within the hour. Awesome job, everyone! Friendly and courteous staff all around!
Was driving through and ended up needing assistance with an adjustment on my trailer hitch. Stopped in unannounced and without batting a eye or any hesitation, the service department had me pull the unit to the side doors and had me back on the road within 30 minutes safe and sound! Awesome people from the service advisors to the technicians working in the back! A+++
We took our travel trailer to Pik-A-Dilly for front-panel replacement after another Brandon trailer repair company botched the job. One year after what they said was a "life-of-the-trailer" repair, the front panel was lifting and the company would not honour their work. Pik-A-Dilly replaced the front of the trailer in only one week with a higher quality material and came in UNDER the initial estimate, which was over $1K less than the first one! The Brandon Service Dept staff are great and were very accommodating. Thanks!
