Nurse Jerry along with the other nurses were professional and friendly. Dr. Vu was great and very informative. We felt extremely comfortable from beginning to end. My son’s favorite part was the sticker he was given at the end.
I had blood drawn and and the nurse almost had me bleed to death she was young with blond hair. The head nurse came and saved me.
Took my daughter today she was complaining of a stomach pain while explaining this the doctor that she was seeing he was laughing sarcastically this was very upsetting because while my child was in pain this idiot of doctor was laughing like if it's was funny what my daughter was telling him. I never experienced this before I wanted to punch him but my daughter was there so I bursted crying cause my daughter has been suffering of a stomach pain for 3 months and no doctor has been able to tell what wrong with her so this was ... read more
I had a positive experience on 5/7/25. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to urgent care due to her having a high fever and vomiting and cough. They immediately took her in, took her vitals, temperature, swabbed her for COVID and influenza, x-rays. Also gave her tylenol and a pedialite popsicle. The staff was very nice and attentive.
