Terrible waiting time. Only one PA not a doctor. I waited in the consultation room for an hour!!
My child was very sick with croup, I asked the provider to give my child some steroids as she was struggling to breathe and she dismissed my concerns. She was given tylenol and we were sent home. Seems that's a trend these days with the medical system, just give them tylenol and send them home. Well sure enough I had to take my daughter to the ER where they gave her the steroids, to help her airway open up. They were shocked that at urgent care nothing was given to her seeing her condition. Very long wait time and staff aren’t that nice. So disappointed with PIH. MD was nice and professional tho.
Was just there at 10:10 am 12/21/24. Urgent care is closed today, for those of you that are planning on making the drive.
Went here for the first time and am extremely thankful I did. Staff was friendly + helpful making us feel welcome. But most importantly, I want to thank Dr. Kimberly Bartelus who highly recommended me to go the ER and get my blood cultures. Turns out I had bacteria in my blood and needed to be admitted to the hospital for nearly 4 days. If Dr. Bartelus had not told me + written a note to give at the ER, I may have been sent home and gotten sepsis which would have resulted in loss of limbs or even death.
