I went in with an ankle injury and they refused me because it happened at work and kept telling them it wasn't a work related injury and have insurance and they still turned me away. I have been with PIH for over 15 years but this is making me want to change. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
Horrible wait times. Even if their wait times show no wait for Urgent Care, the doctor or PA will not see you until you’ve been waiting an hour inside the medical room.
