I will never come to this urgent care again. I was hurt at work and a 1099 employee, which means I pay out of pocket for my injuries. There is no workers benefits that would go to me. That being said PIH send me away. They said they would not treat me because I was hurt at work. I was in severe pain and could barely walk and they would not see. PIH has lost their values and empathy in their customer service. Very disappointed on how I was treated here.
Spacious and clean building. Staff made my mom and I feel welcomed. Dr Andrew Luu was very patient and was able to help my mom with her needs. Service was a 10/10 we only spent about 30-40 mins in there. Would recommend it.
The waiting area is spacious enough to feel at a safe distance from other patients. The staff and the doctors are all very attentive and professional. The wait times are reasonably minimal and the facilities is always clean and organized.

The doctors and nurse practitioners on staff and at urgent care have always all been professional, empathetic, and kind. However, when calling the line to their Family Medicine office, the staff there has often times been rude and gives attitude over the phone despite trying to converse with them patiently and kindly.
