Check in process felt like I was doing there job. Even though there are receptionist there they’re still want you to check in for yourself over your phone and after there are ads after you check in. I go in for chronic back pain for the physician assistant to state she can’t do nothing about it but for my pcp to refer me out to physical therapy. I took my daughter here for both urgent care care and also for physical. They have fast service! Give you what you need. Definitely recommend

I will never come to this urgent care again. I was hurt at work and a 1099 employee, which means I pay out of pocket for my injuries. There is no workers benefits that would go to me. That being said PIH send me away. They said they would not treat me because I was hurt at work. I was in severe pain and could barely walk and they would not see. PIH has lost their values and empathy in their customer service. Very disappointed on how I was treated here.

Spacious and clean building. Staff made my mom and I feel welcomed. Dr Andrew Luu was very patient and was able to help my mom with her needs. Service was a 10/10 we only spent about 30-40 mins in there. Would recommend it.

The waiting area is spacious enough to feel at a safe distance from other patients. The staff and the doctors are all very attentive and professional. The wait times are reasonably minimal and the facilities is always clean and organized.
