Waited 1 hr to be seen , it was ok but called a d waited i nside another 25 min waiting for doctor to be seen only for 10 min. I notice also another person was called first came after me. If you have severe pain go to hospital better
I needed to schedule an appointment with a neurologist over at this location. Every time I used to call to schedule it I would get same answer. “we can’t schedule your appointment because your previous dr needs to release you in order to see the doctor that you would like to see. Well, even though I was told that that would not be an issue, that PIH U C C OF SANTA SPRINGS WOULD TAKE CARE Of the release They never did. I love this office, they are always friendly and polite and clear and precise instructions on what to do and where to go.the atmosphere is real respectful everyone who needs to wears a mask. The wait is pretty much on time always. Love my Dr. Here.
I reserved spot online I’ve been coming here for years everyone is friendly. No issues, not sure why they only have a 3.9 star
