I’ve been coming to PIH pediatrics for almost 9 years and oh boy how it’s changed even when you call to try to accommodate their rules as in rescheduling appointments they still want to charge you for canceling same day. They never have availability. They want to push you out almost 45 days out This is ridiculous for a simple appointment, but yet they’re quick to charge you for everything. Unfortunately, I guess it’s time to start looking for a new pediatrician
En verdad tengo 11 años con la doctora Arastu desde mi primer niña y su servicio siempre fue rápido y era muy acertada y hasta el día de hoy con este cambio de proveedor y de doctores se volvieron lentosssss tengo 2 horas esperando y no han podido atenderme ..!!!!
Every time I visit this place, I have a great experience; the doctors are fantastic.
I am only reviewing now because of the bad experience I just had trying to schedule an appointment. I have been taking my daughter here for 5 years and the drs have been great but unfortunately after 5 years of coming here I can never get her an appointment anymore, they are always booked weeks out which makes no sense since most people would be better by then if they have to wait 3-4 weeks just to get an appointment.
