Every time I visit this place, I have a great experience; the doctors are fantastic.
I am only reviewing now because of the bad experience I just had trying to schedule an appointment. I have been taking my daughter here for 5 years and the drs have been great but unfortunately after 5 years of coming here I can never get her an appointment anymore, they are always booked weeks out which makes no sense since most people would be better by then if they have to wait 3-4 weeks just to get an appointment. I had a decent experience with one pediatrician and a horrible experience with another. Ultimately left as a patient for my child because I was not receiving the level of care and understanding desired. Much happier after having made the change.
Dr. Kong has been my son's pediatrician for a year, and we just love her. We do have to wait a bit in the room to see her, but it's because she is thorough with her patients. She takes the time to answer our questions and we never feel rushed. We switched to her from another pediatrician and we couldn't be happier.
