Came here to set up an appointment for my father who is urgent needing an appointment (Jasmin) The receptionist came out to the lobby speaking very loudly among other people that were also listening in there, embarrassed me made me sound like I didn’t know what I was here for when I did need an appointment speaking super smartly to me repeatedly saying “Where is the confusion??” Me and my father left after that I feel horrible after leaving this office for an appointment for my father. I haven't even been seen by the medical Dr. and already I haven't had a good experience I called in January 2025 to schedule an appointment and got a call on April 21st to reschedule my May appointment to their earliest appointment in October of 2025. It's unfortunate that members health concern are taken so lightly. I had to reschedule as there was not other option. I was told to keep calling for cancel appointment to possibly be seen before October or try to schedule an appointment at another medical facility.
