I’m sure the care is great! Although, my low rating is due to the fact that I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 9am. After driving 30+ minutes to get to the office and being told you’re late, because it was scheduled at 8:40??? Then I was told I needed to get rescheduled and that the only availability was over a month out. That’s ridiculous, why am I having to wait due to the mistakes of the front desk scheduling team.
