My review is specifically for Elsa at the front desk! She was so helpful and followed up on everything. Elsa, went above and beyond answering my pharmacy questions and calling to follow up and confirm with me that my order was accepted and being processed. She is a wonderful and deserves 10 stars!!!! The doctors are great, thats the only reason anyone will put up with the rude management. The management sucks. Have been trying to get my medical forms released for over weeks, have been getting no response. Talking to the same person for weeks, she says someone will call back. Have not received just a rude answer SAYING SOMEONE WILL CALL BACK. Literally just looking for my personal information to get transferred to a specialist AS I NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION. Hope the management looks into the reviews.
I was assigned to PIH Cerritos when I went from a PPO to an HMO. During my first visit, I brought in my latest lab results and an IgE report (showing items I’m allergic to). The nurse practitioner I saw looked at the IgE report and stated I was allergic to everything. She never asked if I had undergone allergy treatments (completed in 2022)or if I had an EpiPen.
