Great customer service and amazing doctors! I got my checkup, and blood lab done under an hour.
First of all, let me say that PIH does have a couple of really great providers. That being said, the organization as a whole appears to be a large scam to bill This week on Monday, I injured myself and had to go to the Downey PIH ER and was there for probably 7 hours with a broken rib, when I tried to make a follow up appointment at my local PIH doctor on Friday in Cerritos I was advised they have no record of my ER visit. 03-20-26 Update There are many negative reviews written here. PIH doesn’t show any concern and continues to provide negligent care in various aspects of its practice. I had returned back to PIH. Received a bill in the mail for $95 and paid it online on the day it was due. I then received additional duplicate bills. Called and was told I selected ‘physicians’ and not ‘hospital’ when the bill was paid.
