Took my mom to get her eyes checked for cataracts checked. You need to ask for the dark slip on shades after your eyes have been dilated. Or they won't offer them. They should tell you when you make the appointment you will be needing some. There was this elderly lady who was there and after she saw the doctor she had to walk to the front desk and sincer her eyes were dilated, she couldn't see. So I helped her to the front desk. Can’t make an appointment and call backs are no existent. I’ve changed my coverage to VA I don’t need this crap. Yes I know that they’ve been hacked but not being able to make an appointment is horrible. There is no excuse.
The phlebotomist Steve is incredible. He rarely misses the vein and causes very little pain. I am grateful that you have such a quality employee. John Alba was his patient and wishes Steve the best.
