Can’t make an appointment and call backs are no existent. I’ve changed my coverage to VA I don’t need this crap. Yes I know that they’ve been hacked but not being able to make an appointment is horrible. There is no excuse.
The phlebotomist Steve is incredible. He rarely misses the vein and causes very little pain. I am grateful that you have such a quality employee. John Alba was his patient and wishes Steve the best.
