They denied us medical service just because we are moving abroad soon.
They dont even deserve a 1 star. I went in to get simple stitches on my finger. I was a cash patient and paid $216 just to be seen, and thats all they did for me. They saw me for 1 minute and told me I had to go to the hospital. With no choice I went to the hospital and they provided with 2 simple stitches and sent me a big hospital bill. The hospital told me I should have gone to urgent care, this is something urgent care can handle for a fraction of the price. There’s no way to contact the urgent care staff over the phone. When calling, the auto recording menu doesn’t provide that choice and even if I try other options they won’t answer the phone. Leave a msg… guess what? No one will call you back! If you have questions, you have to take the drive there. It’s ridiculous!
I am afraid this facility will eventually be hit with law suits or class actions. No one answer the phone and you can only leave messages. But of course, no one will call you back! How can I even make an appointment?
Avoid this office!!!!! Dr Scott Lee suggests unnecessary and possibly dangerous meds and def unnecessary tests in attempts to bill excessively especially if you have good insurance. Go elsewhere!!!
