My reading glasses broke it was 3 day before the one year . They honored my warranty and replace them. Also my glasses were scratched it also had a one year warranty. At first they didn't want to honor. After going back and forth with Anna. They honored it now I have new reading glasses. Thank you for helping me getting my reading glasses replace. I could see again. I am so grateful.
I booked an appt many weeks in advance, showed up 30 minutes early to fill out the new patient forms. Then sat and waited 1.5 hrs waiting to see the Dr. When I asked if this lengthy wait time was normal for this office, she said yes and pointed to a sign that states "wait time is 30-90 minutes" I said than your office is not going to work for me, I understand a reasonable wait should be expected maybe 15-30 min max not 90 minutes and I still haven't been called to see the Dr. This is very poor booking by the office staff, an... read more
