I am sitting in the office, waiting for my parent's appointment, and I am witnessing their front dest staff complain about their job procedures and going back and forth talking about personal issues as well. Their language is unprofessional and inappropriate for patients to hear. One employee with lightened hair was complaining about senior patients walking in and requesting an appointment. Beautiful office great staff excellent service best eye exam and care center in north Orange County very well organized and managed .Top notch doctors .
I did not care for the service i received. They kept me waiting, nobody else was in the office. The doctor didn't offer any remedy for my diagnosis. Glad i haven't been back.
Vicky was super helpful with confirming if my vision insurance was accepted at their eye care center. She called me back within minutes.
