Called 9/12 to re-schedule appt due to cast on foot & no transportation. Was told first available with any doctor would be next year.
Ridiculous. I make an appointment with the La Mirada office and they make the appointment for the Whittier office. I call to confirm the appointment should be at the La Mirada office and no-one answers. I leave a message and a guy called Ryan calls me back and leaves his extension. I call them back, ask for the extension and Ryan and they tell me no such extension and no such person exists. It would be funny if they hadn't just wasted 6 months of my life. Extremely unhappy about my visit. The entire visit felt rushed. Plus I was not explained the pros and cons of the treatment offered or what to expect in the post procedure period. Additionally one of the medication needed a pre auth, but no answer at the doctor’s office. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. All but one of my issues was successfully addressed and that too not fully. Do not recommend this place
First off it took me 2 months to be seen by a dermatologist. I finally went in for my appointment just to be quickly rushed out in 10 minutes. 6 weeks later had a follow up appointment and gave me info about my condition and solution that could of been talked about in first appointment! They recommended me to 2 different doctors that do not do perform any of the services they recommended me. Impossible to get someone on the phone. For PIH location I am very disappointed in this office.
