Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this salon with Charmaine. From the moment we stepped foot into this establishment my daughter and I were treated absolutely horrible. Charmaine was clearly running behind and made it very clear that she was annoyed she had us for a scheduled appointment (book days ahead of time) before her lunch break as she shouted to her receptionist wanting to know how many more people before she could eat. Brought my twins here for their first haircut! They had a blast and the stylists were so sweet and patient. We will definitely be back :)

Mr. Will is an amazing barber. He has been cutting the hair of both my boys for years now. He has been able to adapt to their different styles and has never disappointed. Show him a picture and he gets it done. Mr. Will is the best!!!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years. Charmaine is amazing when it comes to my son. He is Autistic and hates having his hair cut or near his ears. She is truly understanding and she allows him to have his meltdowns. But Charmaine is definitely a saving grace. I will never take my kids anywhere else but here. The whole staff is super sweet and they dont judge or look down on the kids that do have meltdows or disabilities.

Charmaine was really patient and caring, she listened and kept checkin in to make sure we were satisfied with our lil ones first cut. Overall a super positive experience, very clean salon and really great stylists.
