We had an awesome experience with Maddie today for my son’s first haircut. Maddie was extremely friendly and engaging and made William feel so comfortable from start to finish.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this salon with Charmaine. From the moment we stepped foot into this establishment my daughter and I were treated absolutely horrible. Charmaine was clearly running behind and made it very clear that she was annoyed she had us for a scheduled appointment (book days ahead of time) before her lunch break as she shouted to her receptionist wanting to know how many more people before she could eat.
