We had such a great experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and completely kid-friendly—with fun chairs, toys, and even a TV to keep little ones entertained. Ms. Charmaine was an absolute joy to talk to while she cut my son’s hair. She was the only one working, but was not behind at all and got my son in the chair at his appointment time! Probably best haircut he has ever had and I won’t go to anyone else from now on!
Charmaine is AMAZING. We will always go to her! She is SO patient and treats both our kids with the sweetness and love - and knows how to not only cut hair, but to deal with movement and craziness! She's the best!
Our son is level 3 autistic. We have not cut his hair since he was born, so this was his first cut! Will did an AMAZING job. He was very patient, let our son get used to the clippers, and worked with our son when he would turn his head in all those awkward postitions. Charmaine entertained him with bubbles and cars and put Ms.Rachel on the TV for him, which made it all the better!
