Stephanie made my 3 year old daughter feel so comfortable. She was very nervous about her first haircut, but Stephanie's patience and compassion helped ease that quickly. I'll be requesting her every time in the future.
This was an incredibly confusing and frustrating experience. We booked online through their website, and then were told to go to an alternate location 15 minutes away. The new location is NOT kid friendly. DO NOT book here if they try to send you to an alternate location. Ultimately we wasted over an hour just driving and never got a hair cut. Super disappointing.
Never pick up phone! 1st apt went great son loved it his first ever hair cut 2nd apt also went well although the door was locked when we got there we waited 3 minutes before she came out and opened the door for us 3rd apt we were running late I called 5 minutes before our apt at 3:40 so I called around 3:33 no one answered I called a total of 10 times.. we stood outside knocking 5 minutes and still no signs of life but this also happened during our second appointment so we gave it a few minutes as well as multiple calls.. no... read more
Ms. Marites (Dess) did an outstanding job! It was our toddler's first professional haircut. She was playful, patient, and kind towards him. We will definitely be scheduling with her again! The whole salon is absolutely precious with kids being able to choose between chairs that look like a firetruck, train, police car, etc. They have tv with kids songs and toys for them to play with.
