Disappointed with my 3 year old son’s cut here. The stylist rushed and started taking off hair very quickly when he sat down, without asking what we’d like. When I showed her pictures of his previous cut, she indicated she understood what we were looking for, and brushed off my concern that she was taking off too much length. I am extremely disappointed with this location and had a truly terrible experience. I brought my two-year-old son in for a simple trim. He was hesitant at first, but I was finally able to settle him on a train seat while we waited for our stylist, Stella. When Stella arrived, she did not introduce herself to me or my son.
