I have been visiting this place for 3 years now , never had any issue with hair. Always made my daughter look pretty after haircut. But this time, i specially requested to make her look fresh and unfortunately the haircut specialist was a beginner. He had no idea how to cut the hair. He ruined my daughters mid length hair. We had a 30-minute appointment for my child’s haircut yesterday, but it ended up taking about 50 minutes. Unfortunately, the fade wasn’t properly blended and there was a nick behind the ear. During the haircut, my husband tried to give feedback, but it didn’t seem to be taken into account. When I called afterward to have it fixed, I was told the salon was closed for the next couple of days. Given that my child has school and activities, this wasn’t very practical. Took my boys today to get haircuts! Ms. Sarah did an incredible job! She definitely put my curly head toddler at ease & cut his hair so nice and did an incredible job on a modern mullet for my 11 year old. Thanks again-we will be back! Definitely recommend!

Took both my kids here today for their first professional cuts. Mrs. Sarah cut both my kid’s hair. She put them at ease and did great work. My kids look great, feel great and I learned a few things about caring for my son’s very thick and almost curly hair. Highly recommend.
