They're out of toys in the toy chest and no lollipops. it's very disappointing when your kid looks forward to a toy and sits through a haircut to not be rewarded at all they really need to fill up the toy chest and the lollipops. We did have a wonderful experience with our hairdresser Carrie.
Please, spend the extra $5.00 and drive to Sharkeys where they’re actually trained to give haircuts. I left here in tears. Mind you our first visit our stylist was a complete noshow WITH an appointment. That should have been my sign to never return but here we are. I asked for shoulder length hair. Walked out with hair above the ears and it was blamed on my child “not sitting still” even though she was still and very cooperative the entire time. Do not go here.
