Worse service ever, at the Fort Worth location in heritage. the door says they close at 6 and they closed the doors at 5:45 “to clean” my appointment was at 5:40. I got there at 5:45 because of the location change. They supposedly have a 5 minute appointment window but didn’t communicated that until I received a text when I was pulling up. If a location closes at 6 you should still fulfill the appointment you scheduled if I showed up at the correct time. Michelle is always phenomenal with Ethan. She has been cutting his hair since he could sit up and he looks forward to seeing her. Instead of a haircut being hard, it’s always a breeze with Michelle and that means the world to me.
