I am beyond devastated and furious over the experience my daughter and I had here. I brought my two-year-old daughter in for her first haircut, and I made it abundantly clear that we wanted only a tiny trim. My daughter had long, beautiful, healthy ringlet curls that fell past her shoulders. That hair is now gone. Instead of a trim, the stylist cut inches off her hair, completely ignoring our instructions. What my daughter is left with is a misshapen, uneven haircut with random lengths everywhere. Ms Ali is amazing! Does a great job and was awesome with both my little ones! Update: Ali is still awesome but the online schedule is only posted 1 week in advance making it so hard to plan. Please open the schedule 4-8 weeks out so families can get scheduled!
I got there after 10am with my 18 month old and the door was open. I came in and the lady was still counting her register. She told me to sit down. I waited ten minutes. Another client walked in. She was a taller lady with an older kid. The employee then told me that this client got here first and that she’s cutting her kids hair then my kid. I have no idea how that can be possible. Ms Zahra was wonderful, my two year old doesn’t have a lot of hair but she made sure to give her the same experience as any other kid. Really enjoyed our experience.
I recently brought my four year old daughter in for her very first haircut, and the experience could not have been better! The stylist Ms. Zehra was so patient, kind, and gentle, making sure my little felt comfortable the whole time. The haircut and fairy hair turned out adorable, and we left feeling so grateful for the care and attention we received. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful, kid-friendly salon! We will definitely be back.
