Don't believe these good reviews. This place is terrible. The people have bad attitudes and don't know how to talk to or treat children. Avoid here especially if you have a special needs child. I wondered why a lot of stylists left but now I know why.

My toddler was the victim of a TERRIBLE haircut. We searched high and low for places open to fix it. We came across Pigtails & Crewcuts. So we sprinted over there and literally begged for help in fixing his hair. School starts tomorrow after all and this is his first year in big boy school. After taking a look at the monstrosity the last place made of my son's hair, Pigtails & Crewcuts worked us into their already booked afternoon. We took our two year old to pigtails and crew cuts in Evans GA and had a great experience. We got there early for our appt and they were quite busy, but the service was still prompt! Sam was our stylist. She was professional, proficient and interacted well with our son!

I don't know why yall recommend Sam for special needs kids. She was terrible with my son. She was semi verbally abusive.All she cared about was getting the money it was obvious. She did not care about us at all. If you really hate life that much go do something else. His hair is cute and that's the only positive I can say about this place.
