i loved it , my son HATES. hair cuts but he did so well here . and she did great !
Booked an appointment for a first time haircut package. The lady put my son in for a plain boys cut. Completely ruined the special memory for my son. I called regarding the situation and the half awake employee seemed to agree with my frustration but not interested in righting her wrong. Why is my 2 year old son paying the price for her mess up. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to over pay for a plain haircut that you have to "get the strays while their sleeping"
There’s a reason this place was empty when we went and speaks volumes. Rudest people, mean to the babies/kids, unprofessional. Never going back and do not recommend to anyone. If you hate your job that much, maybe find another profession than working with kids. Horrible feeling as soon as you walk in. Something is off with this place.
Samantha did a fantastic job on my son’s hair. Been here 3 times and each time she works her magic! Highly recommend her; she’s great with kids! Fantastic experience. Will be returning customers. Very satisfied with her work! Great customer service too!
