The Pigtails and Crewcuts in Mt. Pleasant is excellent. Samantha is wonderful! Great attitude and customer service.
This place is horrible. We had an appointment at 9am right when they opened and the stylist walks in over 20-minutes late with shopping bags, no apology, and continues to slowly walk to the back ignoring us. We have a 21 month old who is now impatient after already sitting and waiting 20+ minutes. We got up and walked out. Never again. Sharkeys in West Ashley is WAY better.
Ms. Samantha was great. She was instantly warm and fun with my daughter. She even did a braid for her when I mentioned we would be swimming later on. We will be back!
Samantha does an incredible job every time. My son absolutely loves her and is always at ease
