Worst customer service. Walked in and was not greeted. After 5 minutes I asked if I can check in. She (I think she is Jennifer) says "I will help you as soon as I can." Two other families walk in and not greeted. Samantha who I had the appointment with, is no where to be seen. After half an hour i finally walk up as she is done and ask her if Samantha is here as we had an appointment 30mins ago. We went in for my son’s first haircut, just to clean up the back and trim around his ears. I didn’t have an appointment and was super grateful that they fit us in! Everyone was super friendly and my son loved sitting in the little truck. I gave 3 stars because we walked out with his hair looking like this on the sides and my son sat so still so I can’t even blame it on him moving.
They are so lucky to have Ms Samantha!! She was so welcoming and took her time!! Pro at her job and an absolute gem!
