I have to say this place is awesome and fast, very friendly people
Update 5/2026 I blew a tire and Costco did not want to put new tires on because I hade a broken wheel studs. I took my car to PigTails and had ALL my studs replaced, brakes replaced, tires rotated and oil change! Only took 2 days and DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg! Thanks Robert and Kenny! 2025 I had bought a Subaru in Gainesville to get a manual transmission. I had my new tires rotated in jacksonville at 6,000 miles. I had bought a Subaru in Gainesville to get a manual transmission. I had my new tires rotated in jacksonville at 6,000 miles. They broke 5 lug nuts and said I needed new tires!!! Well, no more big companies for me! PigTails is in my neighborhood and I stopped by. Told the guys what happened to me and they took care of my car like I was FAMILY!
