Our server Bryson was amazing. He was attentive without making us feel rushed and he did a great job with describing dishes and offering recommendations. The petite filet was amazing, a great Smokey flavor, on the saltier side but that’s how I like it. The carbonara and calamari was also amazing. They offer great gluten free options, I got gluten free flat bread with my spinach artichoke dip and it was so yummy. Will definitely be back!
We ate there today 9/2/26 for lunch. The food was not good. We love the Temple location which is outstand! Waco location does not compare to the Temple location. Do not waste you dollars on the Waco location.....
Pignetti's Italian Restaurant is an absolute gem. We started with the ricotta dip and wow, it was incredible creamy ricotta topped with the most delicious maple drizzle. And don't skip the garlic bread for dipping, it's worth it. We also had the ravioli rolls and lobster ravioli, and everything was delicious. I had the Lavender Haze drink and it was so good.
