I left an email for Pignatelli last night to assist with repairing an outdoor socket which no longer worked. I figured I’d hear back from them within. 24 hours to arrange an appointment. Better yet, my front doorbell rang and I met Fred who happened to be in the neighborhood on another job. I explained my problem and he was in and out in literally less than 10 minutes! Outstanding work and superior customer service! ,
Used them for a few years, but now it's impossible to get a call back. Even when they promise that they'll call back within the week, no one follows up. Tried calling multiple times over the course of two months, and we were promised a follow up call three separate times. No one ever followed up.
