I had a great visit recently with a great dentist & hygienist/dental tech. The office staff was amazing. Professional, prompt, zero wait time. I was seen at my appointment time & got great care. Also completely covered by my TRICARE—good for veterans, like me & my wife. 5 stars. Great care.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Pignataro for several years. He has a great sense of humor and doesn’t try to push anything onto his patients. He discusses options and lets the patient decide, which is absolutely essential for someone who has always had the worst dental anxiety! This is the first dentist I have seen that I don’t have panic attacks before every visit, even simple cleanings. We also love our hygienists and Ms. Linda in the office. 🥰
Coming from a giant chicken... my first experience today was nothing but exceptional!! From the first interaction at the reception desk, to an incredibly patient and gentle hygienist who was so fun to talk to, and finally an awesome doctor who immediately put me at ease! Start to finish best dental experience I have EVER had and would 100% recommend to anyone with dental aversions! Professional and patient...actually looking forward to my next visit already! <3
Just came here to say I’ve been dreading going to the dentist since I moved here last year because I hadn’t found anyone holistic like I was used to in NYC and with a new baby and my husbands work the thought of going an hour plus one way to TN seemed less than ideal. Update! Today I saw Autumn and Dr. Vicki at Pignataro Family Dentistry in Madison and was SO happy! Very kind, skilled and gentle. We had our first visit yesterday and it was nothing short from amazing! We didn't have to wait, the lobby was comfortable and very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Pignataro(Piggy) had my kids laughing and begging to come back! We switched to them from a local pediatric dentist and couldn't be happier with our decision. Thank you for caring so much for your patients!
