Piggy's BarBQ was founded by Gary and Anita Hellyer in 2005. In May of 2007 Pitmaster Mike Killian joined the ownership team. In Kansas City the most famous BarBQ JOINTS serve sandwiches, ribs, and sides. dry & tasteless amazed the doors are still open
This place wasn't horrible, but it's not that great either. Plus it's obvious the owners wrote the first two reviews which is tremendously dishonest and tacky.
