We got the best prices, good meat and fresh produce.
My grandfather was a manager at a Piggly Wiggly in Dayton, Ohio in 1930. We had 9 stores I think but all are long gone now. His name was Hubert Taubert and only lived in Dayton a few years because of the depression he moved back to Tennessee to be closer to family.
Piggly Wiggly at River Run in Vestavia, AL is excellent. Also the employees that I have dealt with have been cordial and professional.
