I love the location of the store as well as their meats. It's a very clean store I like the customer service as well as the cashiers they always greet you.
I went in to get breakfast, credit card machine was down, I waited 20 minutes, they kept trying my card, now they had already fixed my $8 plate, they opt to throw it away as opposed to giving to me, I didn't have cash on me, I will never go there again.
Talk about aggravation and disappointment. I found this lovely store and wanted to buy $145.00 worth of groceries, but they would not take my EBT because it was from California. Every other store in Jackson that takes EBT will take CA EBT because it is a federal program. In fact, i have used it all across the country, but not at Piggly Wiggly. The Dollar Tree right next door took it. I feel robbed. Time is money, and I spent too much time in Piggly Wiggly to have nothing to show for it; therefore, why not spend a little more... read more
