Had dinner here tonight and it was absolutely fantastic. I had the shrimp po boy with blackened shrimp and it was just packed with flavor. My wife had a bacon ranch chicken sandwich that was great as well. Fries were seasoned wonderfully. I highly recommend eating there while enjoying the amazing beer from Calusa brewing!
We love Calusa!!! Have been here a number of times and enjoyed it every time. The food is delicious , Kathy our server was delightful and the beers were great. Highly recommend!!!
Everything was amazing!! wasn't sure about the fish sandwich but it was great not fishy at all very fresh!
4th time here and it only gets BETTER! We ordered Fri special at “The Pigfish”, Steak Frittas and it was Devine!!! We appreciate the chefs and our server Kathy who brought me a fork because she saw I was sneaking frittas from his meal with my fingers!!!! So darn thoughtful!!! TY Kathy!!
Pigfish at Calusa. Thursday night is fish and chips. This is THEE best fish & chips in Sarasota. Use high quality amberjack fish. The crust uses corn flour so it is extra crispy. The fish is juicy, thick and flavorful. Highly recommend! NOT greasy, at all. The service , Kathy, was spot on. AND the Calusa service is great. They all know their product and are good are explaining/recommending what to try. You need to try the Fish & Chips on Thursdays! It is worth the drive. We will be back.
