Great food and service. Daily specials are great.
We took out-of-state family for a sample of great Texas food and Pig Pen did NOT disappoint! They even insisted on returning for breakfast before they had to drive back to Iowa! We bought them some pigtails for the road but they saved a few for their grandkids who gobbled them down and wished for more! So I guess we need to figure out how to export Pig Pen BBQ to Iowa now!! Darn the luck!!
The best chopped beef sandwich I have ever had. Potato salad is also excellent. Been meaning to try other selections but hooked on the chopped beef sandwich.
