Went in about 3pm for a late lunch. Ordered food off their menu which in my opinion was expensive for the small portions they serve. Brisket was like cardboard and dry. Not even the bbq sauce saved it. Sides were also small and not the best. Sad part is I have been wanting to go and eat there for a while just never had the opportunity since I dont live in Dripping. Ordered the.”loaded” baked potato. Good sized! But what normally comes on one? Butter. Bacon bits. Chives or green onions. Cheese and sour cream. This had cheese and sour cream. Bacon bits considered a “meat” and $4 more.
Quesabirra tacos were near perfect, outside of San Antonio/Houston area. Never expected salsa this good from a bbq joint either! Brisket was delicious and paired with that consume was a chef’s kiss! We will definitely be coming back as this spot is a Must Try for those in the area.
