I would love to write a review but, as of this writing, we have not received any bacon.
Worth the price. Thick (no more than 8 slices per lb ) with just the right amount of fat to lean. Long, making pan frying more difficult. Best when baked @ 400° on foil lined cookie sheet. Absolutely delicious. I order the 5# each time.
Got this for my stepdad for Father's Day. Great value, great service. He's loved every bite of the sausage sampler we got him, his favorite dish is Sausage and peppers, his favorite gift yet from us. Now I might have to gift some to myself. Thanks Pig of the Month!
