Excellent bacon - center cut. good smoky flavor and thick cut! Just the right amount of fat. (If it didn't have any fat, it wouldn't be bacon!) Always great food, great customer service and is always delivered on time. Had the ham at Easter and had it again for Thanksgiving. Also have had the pulled pork and pulled chicken a couple of times in between. Right now my favorite is the "Bacon wrapped stuffed chicken and the Burnt Ends." They are delicious. Just throw them into the oven and they come out so tender. I will definitely buy these again!
