Pizza was dry, very little sauce. Crust was over cooked and also dry without flavor. Delivery was 20 minutes late. Overall disappointing delivery experience. Reluctant to order again from the Plainville ma locarion

Was craving pizza and had a 15% coupon for pick up only. I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, and a Maui pizza. Service: picked up the pizza and girl at the counter was not hospitable or welcoming and wouldn’t except my coupon because she said “I’d have to re-ring the order and you can use it for the next order”. Food: calzone was dry, cheese was chewy, not enough sauce, and was very bland. I paid for blu cheese and didn’t receive it. Maui pizza was underwhelming and I had to add Siracha to make it better. Pizza is solid. Have been ordering for over 5 years and they have been consistent. Sandwiches are also been consistent.

Order wings and asked for extra crispy when they got here they were black beyond the point where you could eat them. I could not believe they sent them out that way. You would think they would know that black and burnt is not extra crispy. The quality at this location has degraded. I will mo longer buy from them and have found quality at Boulevard Pizza in Plainville
