My 1st time ordering and will never do it again... I ordered the chicken tender dinner. They we burnt, dry and tasteless, in all my life never had a French fry that was inedible.. the only think good about this whole experience was the delivery driver... definitely one and done!
Online hours are not correct. They close at 8pm on Saturday, not 9pm.
Most rude ignorant place I ever doordashed from. Asked to use the restroom while waiting for my order, and they told me NO. Mind you the bathroom was right to my left, but they said only for paying costumer's. Never again.
Poezonnies offers quality food, amazing service and a great low key atmosphere. I live and glad they are a neighborhood staple. I had a bad experience on the phone and came in the next day and the manager on duty totally made up for it!!
Disrespectful to directly ignore the requests and notes a customer leaves for a pickup order. I requested my tenders to be seasoned with Piezoni seasoning. They put nothing on the tenders and sent it out the door. My husband hand to go back, and they told him it was a butter, not a seasoning. OKAY AND? I have ordered it this way multiple times and never had an issue, it’s the same seasoning for the bone in wings, not that difficult. Finally, they put less than a capful of the “butter”.
