It took 3 visits from 3 different installers to get mine done right. On the first visit, one pile was not vertical and another was off by 6 inches. On the second visit one pile was removed and installed 12 inches higher than before. When I tapped on this one with a 2 lb. hammer, it sank 3/4 of an inch. A third installer (much older and more experienced) was able to remove and reinstall a new pile properly. The problem seems to not be in the actual product but in the skill of the particular installer when encountering problem... read more
