Old school, Lynchian dining, ok? 5 stars.
I asked the waiter as soon as he set my dinner down for more bread I waited and waited and finally I got his attention again and he finally went and got it he left it in the oven to long and it was hard. This is the second time he has done this. This is not a cheap place to eat the service is terrible. The owner really didn't care. I will not be back
If I had to sum up my experience at this restaurant in 1 word, that word would be horrible. I took my mother here for her birthday hoping that we'd have a nice meal and try something new. To start off, the food was near inedible. I am a professionally trained chef, so I'll be the first to admit my standards can sometimes be high, but after paying $170 for a meal for 4 (with tip, and 1 iced tea and sprite), my standards should be realistically high. My wife and I have enjoyed Pietro's many times over the years. The food is fabulous. Italian cuisine starts with the sauce. They have mastered the flavor of the sauces, whether Marinara, Alfredo, meat sauce, Picata, etc. We always have a great dining experience here. A nice wine list as well. The chef is always friendly and is welcoming. . The staff is accommodating. Everything is made in-house, including desert.
