He made a decision about me by looking at my chart before entering the room and when my symptoms didn't line up with his assumptions, he said he can't help me.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Pietro. I found him to be a helpful communicator and guide as I had a choice to have surgery or not. He explained my options and very comfortably advised me in such a way that I felt sufficiently informed plus felt clear about having choice. He also helped me feel more comfortable in a scary situation. I felt confidence too that he knew what he was doing and was pleased to learn that the surgery went great.
Horrible! Rushed and now still require surgery to repair the damage to my left side. A very cruel and cold person.

I have recommended dr. Pietro to a number of my friends. He removed a large leiomyosarcoma from my abdomen in September of 2014. My sarcoma specialist told me that he did an excellent job by removing large margins. This is something but isn't always done, but it gives me a much better chance. So far there are no signs of this cancer returning. I found dr. Pietro to be very caring, and concerned enough to work quickly to get me into surgery.
