We love Dr. Mazzoni. He has been treating my husband's Parkinson's since we moved to St. Louis a few years ago. He is thoughtful, his instructions are complete, and best of all, he is encouraging. His demeanor is quiet and he takes significant notes. Thrilled to have found him.
When I made my appointment 1 year ago I was told to be at the office at 730am for test and my appointment with the doctor is at 9am. I check in at 730am. Was not called back for test until 815am. After test I wait again until 1020am. I ask the front about my appointment and they tell me he is running 40 minutes behind. My appointment was at 9am. It is now 1020am Finally get in to see him. He was very rude and never once did he apologize for making me wait 1 hour and 20min. Never will I go back or will I referhim or the offic... read more
Dr. Mazzoni was running behind with patients. Came out and called my Husband's name. Was immediately rude to me and did not apologize for being so late. In his favor he did research my Husband's prior medical history on his computer. He seemed to be a little more "human" by the end of our appointment. Good news was my Husband does not have Parkinson's. I would not recommend him.
