Dr. Andres did my Colonoscopy and my Endoscopy, where they found a Polyp. He explained everything in great detail, walked me through the process, and stayed in touch with me. He removed the Polyp and reminded me (on a holiday weekend) to get another blood test to check on my Anemia. Outstanding! He is also kind and puts you at ease. Most doctors could learn from his bedside manners. While medical expertise is key, caring and guiding are equally important.
Although I was experiencing significant (!) pain, he dismissed my concerns. The following day, as the pain continued, I went to the ER and was immediately admitted. It turned out, I was very sick and needed surgery.
Won’t rush an endoscopy on a child who could die. It is very scary how sick the healthcare system is. I will be dealing w this after seeing how my 19 year old has been treated. One month out appt for a test that is an emergency. Irresponsible.
He listened to my issues and answered all questions. I never felt rushed. He kept COVID issues under control.
I am a retired chiropractor who visited Dr Andres early yesterday. He was very thorough and paid attention to my history and problems. He reviewed all my prior medical history and medicine. The dr was pleasant and attentive as was his office staff. I am grateful to have such a competent dr. Richard Fogel
Dr. Andres’ been treating my GEERD for years, did an upper endoscopy for me as well. He’s a very knowledgeable doctor compassionate and thorough. Can’t say anything negative about him!

Easily to relate to, makes you comfortable, and would recommend not only him but his very caring staff. Really couldn't be happier with my experience here. Staff was unbelievablely kind and extremely quick to get medication approved. A very miraculous task as far as I'm concerned!
