Supplied shoddy slabs that needed extensive fibreglassing and milling to get to spec and a usable state No calls or emails answered I'd stay away from these people and I'd be very careful looking at any new suppliers that these guys run
Hi I have the same problem. Project half finished and no longer answering calls. I have no idea what I can do now! Previous I had contact from Siavash Hashemi and Jerwin.
I was engaged by Pietra Gallery to rectify some incorrectly supplied slabs back in December 2024. All works were completed on site in a customer's home, with other contractors engaged to rectify the issues. After spending a few days on site and paying the other contractors from my own pocket, I have still not recieved any payment regardless of continuous promises, now my phone calls and messages are being ignored. Went to the factory after they were ignoring my emails and calls. Factory has been cleared out, offices empty. They took everyone's money and ran
